"Introduction to Planning for Art and Collectibles"

This program provides advisors with the basic tools to understand and identify income, gift and estate tax issues to raise with clients who own art and collectibles.  This presentation differentiates such issues as they apply to collectors, investors, artists and art dealers.

It is an introduction to the four types of art owners and the tax consequences associated with the three options art owners have to dispose of their collection: sale, gift/bequest or donation.
